Hello and thank you for taking your time to look at our website. We are a fantastic school in Woodthorpe, Nottingham with wonderful children who want to learn, develop and enjoy their time with us.
Our aim is to give everyone the best opportunities we can so they can find out just how great they are! We believe in offering a full and varied curriculum and our staff are always striving to give the children the best learning experiences, whether in or out of the classroom.

A message from our new Headteacher
'On behalf of the Governors, the staff and the pupils, I would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome you to the Arno Vale Junior School website.
It is a privilege to have recently been appointed as Headteacher and to become part of the Arno Vale community. Our school is a very special place where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their very best. I am proud to lead the school into its next chapter alongside our dedicated staff, committed governors and enthusiastic pupils.
Our vision is to strive for excellence and raise achievement through inclusion and ambition. We believe every child, regardless of their starting point, deserves the opportunity to succeed, develop a lifelong love of learning and reach their full potential. We have high expectations for all our pupils and are committed to providing the support, challenge and encouragement they need to thrive.
